Truffles

Fresh Truffles are hunted in Central and Northern Italy, during the fresh truffle season and are then preserved by steeping them in the finest Extra Virgin Olive Oil. They are used to make our minced truffle and carpaccio products.

Our Truffle Oil is the only Truffle Oil currently being made in the UK. The oils are absolutely second to none in terms of quality. Use sparingly, a bottle of this Oil goes a long long way.
