Delivery

Delivery on all vouchers is free of charge.  All vouchers are posted out via Royal Mail first class post.

Delivery on parcels below £50 incur a flat fee of £4.95.

Delivery on parcels above £50 are delivered free of charge.

Where multiple items are purchased going to the same address the value to calculate the deliver cost is worked out based on the combined value of all the items. 

If the delivery address is very close to the deli we may chose to deliver the item ourselves.  Generally we use UK Mail for all parcel deliveries across the UK. Typically parcels are delivered within 2 to 3 days.

If UK Mail are unable to deliver the parcel they will leave a card and the recipient will be able to contact UK Mail to arrange a new time suitable to them. 

We can also ship parcels overseas using MyHermes.  Parcel prices vary from country to country.  If you would like a parcel shipped outside of the UK, just let us know (enquiries@archhousedeli.com) and we will provide an individual quote.
