Roasted Red Peppers
These red peppers are chosen at their optimum time when they're at their sweetest. They are then roasted, removing all the seeds and skin and leaving the tender flesh whole in garlic and parsley for you to enjoy with antipasti, salads, on a pizza or stuffed with rice.
Ingredients: 60% roasted peppers, 37% vinegar, water and lemon acid, 3% parsely and garlic
